It poses significant threats to individual freedoms and civil rights and would lead to a more centralized and autocratic form of governance.

If you access health insurance through the ACA and/or have pre-existing conditions, you will likely lose your health insurance.

Abortion Access
If you use an IUD, rely on Plan B, are considering IVF, or know someone who needs an abortion, you will no longer have access to those options.

If you cannot afford early childcare and learning, you will not be able to enroll your child in the Head Start program because it will be eliminated.

If you’re looking for a job, you’ll have a harder time due to cuts to the American Rescue Plan programs. If you do have a job, you will not be paid for overtime.

You will pay more for any imported goods because of a new universal 10% tariff. (That’s what we thought!)

If you’re repaying student loans, expect higher monthly payments, fewer debt relief options, and stricter access to affordable repayment plans.

Environmental Regulations
- Eliminate the EPA
- Slash regulations on climate and health protections
- Boost fossil fuel production
- Open all federal land to fracking—even national parks
Immigration and Border Control
- Build detention camps and use military to deport 11+ million undocumented people
- Let ICE arrest and deport immigrants anywhere in the U.S.
- Send immigrant children back alone by moving custody to Homeland Security
- Offer fast-track processing for migrants who pay extra
Economy
- Push trickle-down economics by cutting taxes for the wealthy and corporations
- Impose 10% tariffs on most imports
- Abolish the Federal Reserve
- Slash regulations on finance
- Cut overtime pay
- Defund job-creation programs
Education
- Eliminate the Department of Education to end federal oversight and “woke ideology”
- Shut down Head Start early education program
- Defund schools with mask or vaccine rules
- Boost funding for schools where teachers carry guns
- Block student loans in states with in-state tuition for undocumented students
Health Care
- Repeal the Affordable Care Act
- Push cheaper, limited health plans
- Add work requirements to Medicaid and set lifetime cap on benefits
- Rename HHS as “the Department of Life”
- End vaccine mandates and cut CDC vaccine research
Minority Rights
- Cut civil rights protections and eliminate DEI programs
- Add work requirements to food assistance
- Give tax breaks to the wealthy, disadvantaging Black families
- Impose stricter rules to access Medicaid
LGBQ+ RIghts
- Support a biblically defined family
- Promote marriage as between one man and one woman
- Remove civil protections for LGBTQ+ based on belief in two sexes
- Roll back LGBTQ+ rights in healthcare, education, and the workplace
